Hi all,

I hope this is simple but I cannot find an answer.

I have a webpage displaying an advanced form on my Portal for my customers to complete.

I have titled the advanced form a logical name "IP Ref com" which makes sense to me in the portal management app but it is displaying this title at each step of the form in the portal and it is not a good style.

Does anyone know how I can change the titles of my advanced forms without losing the logic of my forms?

Hi @matthu

Usually, the advanced form won't display the title when you render it on the Portal web page. Below is an example for you. It just displays the Steps title if you enable the Progress Indicator and set the type to "Title"

The simple way to solve your problem is as follows

1. In Portal studio > Check if you are using different templates. Example below. Default Studio Template wont display the Title

2. or In Portal Studio, delete the advanced form and sync. Add advanced form again make sure you have selected "Default Studio Template" as default.

Hi @ragavanrajan,

Thanks for your response. I appreciate it.

The template I have on is "full page" when I change it to default studio the form disappears (I cannot seem to delete it in advance) so I try to add the new form In on the new default studio template.

However my advanced form doesn't appear in the list of forms to select from. The only forms available it seems are my basic ones and they throw an error with regards to field being used multiple times.

Is there any obvious reason why my advanced form renders automatically on "full page" but is not available in the list to choose from in other templates?

I have synced and resynced and cleared cache etc...

Hi @matthu

FYI. Advanced forms never appear in component. You always need to use liquid language to render your advanced form.

1. Create new web page

2. Insert basic form

3. Edit page using html code editor

4. Change basic form to advanced form using liquid. Example will be in docs

5. Sync config and browse the website

Hi @ragavanrajan that is great thank you - I assigned my advanced form to a webpage via the Portal Management app and initially but now the issue is resolved using a different template.
