Hello All,
I am having a business requirement where I need to build a web application for a company who runs "after school tuition classes" for the kids who need specific attention on certain topics or subject. I am excited to use the low-code no-code power pages capabilities as I have prior experience on Power App and Power Automate.
I can foresee the full usage of Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Power Pages (of course), AI bots/agents and Power BI in my application.
All my users (teacher and parents) will be as contact, and I don't need them company account, so they are used as anonymous users Below are the scope:
- A search page for the teachers to do content level search on documents (in sharepoint). This I will achieve by using sharepoint api with power automate.
- Multiple list and form to store the below information
- Inquiries form where parent can share their school week points and consultation can be arranged
- Student time logging to make sure they only entitle to attend classes for which they have paid
- Way to upload new worksheet, assignments, lecture which can be used as search in point#1
- Add information about hours purchase by students
- Way for the parents to see student progress, give and take feedback to and from teachers.
With all the above scope, I want an advice to on licensing. Now, I will be only the developer and then it will be tested by 2-3 users and then finally it will be live with approx. 10 teacher and 40-50 parents. The users are not required to access any office email or apps like word, excel etc.
What license should I approach to make this website achievable, along with that scalable in a way that it can be utilized by different venders.
Approach A:
Power Pages anonymous subscription (pay as you go) to pay for the users and time I consume. Am I right to say that I will come with Power automate (premium connector) and sharepoint?? And what about Power BI
Approach B:
Office 365 E3 license where I can sharepoint, azure and power platform?
I am unable to figure out to reach approach, need expert advise :(
