Hi guys, need help in creating survey form using power automate
I want to create a survey form through which we can have the report using Power BI
I dont want to sent survey link (URL) to the client/customers.
The survey form should be in the mail with all desired option to fill once the client/customer open the mail (full template)
Please help
Power Automate doesn't really include an option for a user interface. The easiest way to do what you want is to leverage MS Forms for the survey form and then Power Automate to compile the results. You could try sending an adaptive card as the survey form, but that is very dependent on the client/customer having a recent version of Outlook as their mail client. So I don't think that is going to work in many cases.
