Attachment Configuration in notes table / Microsoft Dataverse / Power Pages

Our organization has implemented a configuration that allows all tables, including the Power Pages form, to accept attachments. However, we are encountering challenges when attempting to access these files after the form is submitted. Specifically, we are utilizing the notes table for this purpose, but it appears to be causing issues.

Key Points:

Attachment Configuration: We have enabled attachments for relevant tables in Microsoft Dataverse to associate files with records and created all necessary relationship to grant access.
Access Difficulty: Despite the configuration, we are facing difficulties accessing attachments once the form is submitted.
Notes Table Usage: We are utilizing the notes (annotations) table for managing attachments.

Describe more details about what the actual problem is that you are having "difficulties accessing notes" is too vague.

How are you accessing the notes attachment? if not via the Model Driven app interface (e,g, if accessing it via code or Flow ) you will have to convert it as it is stored as a Base64 encoded string.

I have developed a power page solution, after uploading the attachments, I don't find them in the created view. nor can download them, there are not visible, even after giving this view all permissions.

Where are you uploading the files from, from the Portal or from Dataverse (e.g. model driven app)? If Dataverse have you prefixed with *WEB* https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/configure-notes#configure-notes-as-attachments-using-portals-management-app

if from the portal have you confirmed they are present in Dataverse

What Table Permissions have you setup?

What is your screen shot of List or Subgrid? if a List what is the main Table for the list.
