Adaptive card hosted contents field

Has anyone used the 'Hosted contents' advanced option in the 'Post an adaptive card in chat or channel' connector? I am wondering if it could be used to send content like images along with the adaptive card?

    I was able to find the explanation of that field here: Data Uri for images in Adaptive Card not working on MsTeams application (Web and Desktop version). But works fine in MsTeam mobile App · Issue #5355 · MicrosoftDocs/msteams-docs · GitHub
