hi ,

I am a newer to Power pages. So I have some issue with basic form button. I have created a form A. Actually there is a one form filed for Gmail. And also I have another form B for inserting to OTP after submitting the Gmail. My 1st requirement is when I clicking the submit button of Form A, need to hide that form A and to show Form B. Please give me support to solve it

And also, I got the ID of forms and Submit buttons. One things i confused is having 2 different buttons in 2 forms with same ID(id = InsertButton). How can I handle such kind situation?

Thanks

    Hi @Erandi ,

Rather than using different Web Pages and to manage redirections. You should use Multistep form. Using multistep form, you can define the next step on submission. In your case you can create a Multistep form, having three steps:

    1. Form Step I: Gmail Account Details
    2. Form Step II: Account Verification
    3. Form Step III: Redirect

You can set you basic form A on Step I and form B on Step II. After OTP is verified and Form 2 is submitted you can redirect the user to Home or whatever your main screen.

For more information, how to setup a Multistep form, please checkout below article.

Feel free to share, if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Saud

    Hi @Erandi ,

You want to show entered email on the same screen when user clicks Send OTP or you're redirecting user to some other screen to enter OTP?

If on same screen, once Send OTP is clicked you form is submitted, and you can read the email column from same form using JS. If you are redirecting to some other page, you can either pass it as a parameter (If redirecting on a Webpage) or you can use liquid on next page to get email id.

    Thanks,

    Saud
