I have a Form (Form3) with the Lookup Fields in my list "Weekly Reports"

Services (Combobox) (DataCardValue11)
Services: Pricing (Single line of text) (DataCardValue12)

They are both from my list "Contract Pricing"

I would like Services: Pricing (DataCardValue12) to populate based on what I choose in Services (DataCardValue11)

How can I achieve this?

Could you share the logic for DataCardValue12 based on DataCardValue11?
Share the demo data for your list.

In general, if you want to fill up DataCardValue11 based on DataCardValue12? You will need to map relationship between DataCardValue11 and DataCardValue12, and then query the relationship table based on DataCardValue12, and then assign query result to DataCardValue11.

You can set the default value of Pricing to this

ComboBoxName.Selected.theColumnName - the column name used for the dropdown
