How do configure the Power Pages Website so the anonymous user does not have to sign in and instead the first page is the App.
In other words, I won't to remove this screen for any anonymous user.

    Hi @365-Assist,

Thank you for choosing Mictosoft Community.

To configure your Power Pages website so that anonymous users don’t have to sign in and are directed straight to the app, you can follow these steps:

    Disable Authentication:
    Sign in to Power Pages.
    Open your site for editing.

In the left side panel, select Security.
    Under Manage, select Identity providers.
    Select Authentication settings.
Turn off any external login and open registration options.

    Set the Default Page:
Go to the Portal Management app.
In Web Pages, locate the Home webpage record.
Change the Page Template to the template of your app’s main page.
    Select Save & Close.

By following these steps, you can ensure that anonymous users are directed straight to your app without needing to sign in.
If you need more detailed guidance or run into any issues, feel free to ask!

If this fixes the issue, please mark as resolved to help others with find it.

    Happy to help

Anonymous user should only be being redirected to the sign in page if:
    • The Web Page that the URL they are accessing the Site with has a Web Page Access Control Rule
    • Someone has customized it so that there is a JavaScript redirect to the sign in page
    • Someone has customized it so the Web Page that the user is accessing has a Power Page 'Redirect' configured for that page
    • and maybe if there is no Web Role that is enabled for Anonymous User.
By default the Home page is available to anonymous users unless configured other wise e.g. by applying a Web Page Access Control Rule with restrict read on the Web Page.

There should be no reason to disable authentication or replace templates.

(edit: if you want to remove the ability to Sign in all together, then disable all the Authentication Providers, under Security in the Power Pages Designer, you can also remove the sign in / logout link from the 'Header' Web Template - but this is usually not requried).
