The content on portal edit page is not getting loaded correctly.

Hello Experts,

I have power-apps portal application,

When I go to the Apps sections and open my portal Edit Page by clicking on ... (dots) as shown below,

it opens ups portals edit page, on that page the content are not getting loaded correctly. Initially this page was getting loaded correctly. but I am not sure what might have gone wrong, suddenly it is not getting loaded properly.

please refer the below image,

Can anyone please help me with, how to fix this issue?

Hi @praneshJ,
Please try to restart the portal from the admin center.
In this link (Reset a portal - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs), choose Restart, not Reset.

Hi @praneshJ ,

It is due to portal cache and some times if you load any external css framework it might happen. As @justinburch suggested you can perform the Restart . There are some alternatives which you can try as well

1. Hit ctrl + F5 - hard refresh

2. By Going to your portal service page: https://your_portal.powerappsportals.com/_services/about and press the "Clear Cache button"
Note: You must be the admin for the environment or valid role to access the above URL
