
I have installed Omnichannel extension and following D365 apps were deployed onto the environment:
The extension was installed in United Kingdom region.
Despite having Omnichannel included I still see following warning in Power Virtual Agent:
I also have environment with trial version of Dynamics 365, which also have Omnichannel installed, when I select this, it allows me to add App Id but it is still showing error message at the top:
The other difference I have noticed between first environment and Customer Service Trial is that after installing extension it deployed extra app "Omnichannel for Customer Service" which was not included in the Dev environment
Does anyone have a clue why this might be happening? Any ideas or insight would be much appreciated.
