Can obtain, but can NOT use Access Token from Azure

So i make my grant request to my Tenant in Azure via the POST action below. And it works perfectly.

You'll see that my access token has been granted:

But when i go to user that access token in my next HTTP Action it has disappeared:

{
  "error": {
    "code""AuthenticationFailedMissingToken",
    "message""Authentication failed. The 'Authorization' header is missing the access token."
  }
}

This has to be intentional as it makes zero sense. I'm guessing i have to use some different method to interact with Azure in a more secure fashion and i'm guessing managed identities is the way, but someone needs to tell me so.

Thanks.
