I want to automate the folder creation/copy process on SharePoint when a new site is created and linked with MS Teams. The document library should be automatically copied across all the new SharePoint sites.
So that in Teams, when we create a new Team and use it as a template where a SharePoint document library will be added as a new tab in channels, it should automatically copy or create a new tab in all other Team that we will create using the template.
Basically this is for an educational institution where we will keep a team ready as a template loaded with channels as subject of qualification and document library connected with each channels as respective learning materials. We will keep creating different teams using this template but we want all the files also copied to the new teams. The trigger could be something like "If a new sharepoint site is created and it has a specific keyword in title, it should copy the document library from a specific sharepoint site."
This is bit urgent for us considering the current need of business, if someone can help us would be appreciated.
