WebEx - Power Automate - Send Image

Hello All - I have a document library from where I would like to send the image to a WebEx Space. 
 
How can I get the file content and send the message along with the message

    This is from a different flow but will also work for you.  Here you refer to the file content in your library and then use a compose to encode the URL.
     
     
    Next, I refer to the content using this format:

    @trice602 - This did not work with WebEx as WebEx takes images from areas where there are no credentials needed.
