2Hi experts,
I have brain storming from last 3 days with the global search.
I want my users to search their orders and All the products on the Portal Site,
I have did the following,
*I have created a website from blank and used all search related templates from Searched Enabled Template for the blank portal.
Enabled the Data verse search in the respective environment,
Created sites settings as mentioned in the MS Blog https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/search/additional-tables,
Added all Table permissions in for the Order and Product.
Concern:
I have two records in both order and product
- Sample order
- Sample product
Initially when we search "Sample" using All in the dropdown of the search control I only get orders, But products should also be there.
If I want to search the product then explicitly I have to change the dropdown value to Product .
I have used search in past, It works for all the entities which have table permission in the power pages site.
