I need to build a simple ticketing system combining with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise. As a benefit of our partnership with MS, we can use Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise.

For the customer facing portal, I understood that I can use Power Pages.

What is the simplest way to build the customer facing portal with Power Pages?

Unfortunately, we are not consultants but volunteers. There is no 1 way to build a ticketing system especially when we have no idea exactly all the requirements.

Manage cases in Power Pages | Microsoft Learn where cases btw are considered Tickets.

That being said, your best bet is to Google and Bing search and find suggestions and then build what you need.

There is no perfect short cut to this answer
