When trying to add a tool to a child agent. I'm stuck with this error message while trying to configure the agent workflow

This is a Dataverse table lookup error — the connector action ("Create resume" or whatever underlying connector this is, likely a Dataverse "Add a new row" type action) is trying to resolve a table called Resumes, but Dataverse can't find a table with that exact name in the environment. This usually happens because:

The table's actual logical/schema name differs from its display name (e.g. it might be cr123_resumes or similar, not Resumes)
The table exists in a different environment than the one the agent/connection is pointed to
The table was renamed/deleted, or the connection reference is pointing to a stale environment

The "Table name" field showing "Resumes" as plain text rather than picking it from a dropdown suggests it's hardcoded/typed rather than selected, so it's not matching the real table name.

The error is not an issue with the child agent flow, Are you sure in the dataverse you having the Resumes table please check.

Its neither child agent nor dynamic input, the Create resume action cannot able to identify the table with Resumes kindly recheck the table name properly.
