I recently experienced that all the 'Configure' links, except for Azure Active Directory B2C, no longer respond to mouse click. Same if I click the eclipses then click Configure. I've tried in two tenants and the result is same. I wonder if this is a bug?
Using Chrome developer tool I can see the following error every time I click a 'Configure' link.

The workaround I found so far is to click the 'Configure' for Azure Active Directory B2C, and then select a different provider when the configuration form appears.
