Using test studio when deployed on UAT and PROD on a managed solution

Hi,
 
Can someone please share how to trigger the test cases once you deploy a managed solution on another environment? Can't seem to find it.

    Option 3: Leverage Test Studio for Canvas App or Dataverse-specific tests.
    Option 4: Automate testing with Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.

    I am using test studio right now in my dev environment. Would it be possible to move my test cases into a test environment?
