Hello Expert,
I try to create a case .
I'm getting the error message :
The form could not be submitted for the following reasons:
I tried to find out which field that may cause this issue.
I removed all the other field and it seem the Contact field is causing this issue.
I checked the Contact entity permission .
The scope level is set to Global and the 6 privileges are enable( create,read,write ,delete , append ,appendto).
I checked the assigned webrole (authorized ,administrator) .
The proper web role are assigned .
What do you believe may cause this issue ?
Do you have any suggestions?

Could you tell me the data type of Contact field?
If it is a lookup field, then you not only need to have permission to this entity but also the related entity.
Please check the security role that you've been assigned with whether have permission to the current entity and the Contact field's related entity.
What's more, if you want to upload any attachments to your CDS, you also need all the permission of Note entity.
You could ask your global admin to check this.
