it has only name and partial url. where did all permission info go? should I go to the portal management app to set that up?

if that is the case, it would be very inconvenient to set the permission level. The power portals allows all these setting changes without leaving the studio.  am I missing something here?

THank you

    Hi @powerapps_2021 ,

Please find the following key components are used to provide and protect access in Power Pages:

    • Authenticated user
    • Web roles
    • Table permissions
    • Page permissions

Behind the scenes, you are managing the permissions and security from portals.

You can look for each type of security to be implemented if needed: Power Pages security | Microsoft Docs

    Hi @powerapps_2021

You are right. To manage page permissions, you have to use the Portal management app. Below is the official confirmation

PS:  We will inform the missing feature with the Product team as feedback. Please feel free to raise a new idea.

    Hope it helps.

    Hello there,

Page permissions is currently not supported in Power pages studio. Permissions can only be configured by using Portal management app. We are aware of this gap, and we are definitely planning to include page permissions feature in Power pages studio in future. We don’t have exact timelines just yet. We will keep you posted.

    Thanks,

    Ankita
