How to Create CRM Communication Note updates to Accounts or Contacts from TEAMS Excel

Hello, I am trying to find a solution to have departments document outreach in Excel in Teams or SharePoint and when the document is modified/updated, Power Automate would pull the data and locate the account or contact in CRM and place in a communication note from the excel cells. Can you help please?
