I am currently trying to recreate functionality from an Access Database into a PowerApp. In the Access Database, there was a section where you can add in, edit, or remove multiple choice values from certain columns within the data source.
I have a sample of test data I am trying this out on in my SharePoint List, but I wondered if there was any way to recreate this functionality in PowerApps.
I have been told I am not allowed to simply edit the choices from the List itself, it has to be integrated within the PowerApp, similar to above.
Hi Warren,
Thanks for your response.
I might just have a look and see if I can find an alternative solution to remaking the Access Database in this case.
I'll see in the future what other applications I can make in PowerApps that will make it easier to build up my skills.
Hi @AndrewHowe ,
You cannot modify the hard-coded SharePoint choices from Power Apps, however you might consider the model I use for all my static choice controls. You also could easily manage this from Power Apps if you wanted to.
