"Violates your org's data loss prevention policy"

I created a flow that triggers when a Form is submitted. When a form is submitted > get response details > email using dynamic email address field. Logically, this all should work. However, for all three steps in the flow, I get the error "This action violates your org's data loss prevention policy (DLP). To make the flow valid, delete the action and remove the connection reference. See your admin for details."

What does this mean exactly?

I'm a noob user and I too get this error message on absolutely every item in a flow.

Hopefully someone will help you and I get to read it too!

So, I looked into this a bit more. If I go into my Admin Center for Power Automate, there's an "HTTP DLP Policy". When I view it, it states that 406 apps cannot send data between each other. Meaning, all of my automations must stay within the same app, which really reduces the value of this program.

    Hi @Anonymous

You need to have a check of this policy, making sure you are putting all in use connectors (like Forms. Exchange, etc) in the same business data group.

If you are putting Forms in business data group, however Exchange in non business data group, then these two connections could not be used in same flow or app, this could be the cause of this issue.

I am having a similar problem. My PowerFlow Automation has been suspended and the error message I am getting says that it violates admin data loss prevention policy. It is a simple automation to remind myself and some team members (via email) to make updates to a plan. How can I amend this issue so that my flow will work?
