Preform.bundle.css - where is this and how does it get updated? It suddenly changed over the weekend and screwed form styling

As title says,

 

I compared the file with the other portal. 
The new one wraps some styling inside media queries @media (max-width: 767px) and breaks some styling.

 

I applied old preform.bundle.css and it looks like it used to, so definitely it's this file.

 

Any ideas?

    Update : MS has rolled back and my site is now working again 🙂
