lost access to Business central V3 API

Hello,

i have not been able to make changes to my flows that are using the Business Central V3 connector. I get this error message:

The dynamic operation request to API 'dynamicssmbsaas' operation 'GetTableV3' failed with status code 'NotFound'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "error": { "code": 404, "source": "europe-001.azure-apim.net", "clientRequestId": "71f490b4-296e-420c-b2e8-8729e794fd4a", "message": "The response is not in a JSON format.", "innerError": "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." } }

no matter what type of table name i choose, i get same error message. i can run all the flows, but i have not been able to make changes since thursday last week.

is there something for me to do?
