Stop anonymous users from submitting using geofencing

I have a form on a portal which has geolocation enabled.

I have a list of postcodes which are valid for submissions and anything which is outside of these area must show the user an error and stop them from being able to submit, is there a way to do this easily?

I can't find any documentation on how to do this so am not hopeful.

Alternatively you can add JavaScript or Plugin/Workflow validation to prevent that.
