    Hi Erandi,

You have to apply table permission based on your requirement in the power pages.

    Thanks,

    • to limit what the user can see altogether use Table Permissions
    • to limit a specific List you can use the Filter (as per Erandi's post above), but (if they shouldn't be seing anyone elses records, Table Permissions are the more secure option)
    • If the user is allowed to see other Contact records, you could create a View (in the view's conditions set a filter to Contact and contact will get replaced with the current logged in user)
    • If the user is allowed to see other Contact records, you could enable filters and set one of the Lookup filters https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/getting-started/add-list#filter-types (I am not sure if the Lookup filters are in the new interface yet if not you may need to do it from the Portal/Power Pages management app)

It depends on exactly what you need to do

    Hi @ERA  ,

To filter view based on logged in user you have to do below steps:

    1. Create Contact record as name 'Portal Filter'

    2. Add filter condition in Owner filed & select Contact 'Portal Filter'.

Portal View automatically filter records based on logged in Contact.

    Here is example:

If you are using 'X' entity then ideally you should have one contact lookup to filter records based on logged in portal user/contact. If you have Contact lookup created then add that field in filter condition of view.

For e.g. Lead entity view having Contact lookup then add filter condition on Contact lookup & select newly created 'Portal Filter' as contact.
