Web File download leading to 404 error

Hi,

I added a web file with a partial URL. I added the a href code snippet but when I click on the URL I am lead to an error page with a 404 error status. I am the administrator performing this action.

Make sure you that after adding the Web File that you have synced the Portal / Cleared the Portal Cache.
