I would like FLOW to send a reminder to all people that are assigned to a planner card for the entire planner board. That way, i don't have to chase them! Thanks!

You are using planner within the O365 envionment with all people you asign tasks to within the same enviroment. I beleive that planner will send the user a task reminder as standard. See below:

So unless I am missing something, I am wondering what you are trying to do.
