UNABLE TO VIEW MY COURSES VIDEOS

I am unable to access the course videos. I get this Sign in option, I am currently signed in but It doesn't work. I still see the sign in option and cant continue my courses .Also noticed changes of courses each time i sign in and clicked on I'M READY

Hello,

There seems to be some issues with the PowerUp program right now. There are a few posts about it.

You can try visiting the website via an inprivate edge window, a few people have had success with that.

If you want you can try reaching out to the support team directly via PowerUp-Support@microsoft.com

Hi. I had the same issue to occur when I tried to watch a video. What I did was allowed pop-up blockers on the webpage. I'm also using two screens (monitor and laptop). I moved the screen over to my monitor after allowing pop-up blockers and was able to see the video pop up after clicking sign in. Hope this helps.
