Hi All,

Has anyone had this error before, as well do you know how to fix it? The project service core is there and is fully updated

failed to import: Import of app module(s) failed: This operation failed since it exceeded the maximum entity limit of 5 total entities for the app msdyn_ProjectServiceCore set by its owning publisher MicrosoftDynamics.

Kind Regards,

Jake W

If you are trying to customize  the model driven app of the project service please don't do that and create a new model driven app then try to import

What do you mean, we can`t customize the mda of the project? And how else are we supposed to do it?

First try updating project service core in the environment admin centre, it should be fully up to date.

Also try using pipelines as it might be able to work around the solution import

I don`t understand this import thing, if I create a new mda, why do I have to import it anywhere?

    Hi all,

    I have the same error:
This operation failed since it exceeded the maximum entity limit of 5 total entities for the app msdyn_ProjectServiceCore set by its owning publisher Microsoft

Project for the web is active since 2022 with Project Accelerator since 2023. With my new update, I get this error, which I had never seen before.

Does anyone know, how to fix this?

    Was this ever solved?

I have the same problem in adding a new table to the Project Accelerator app, I created a new Dataverse table from a sharepoint list...which worked fine
But trying to add this to the solution and publiish I receive the following error.

An error has occurred: This operation failed since it exceeded the maximum entity limit of 5 total entities for the app msdyn_ProjectServiceCore set by its owning publisher Dynamics 365

What does it mean ' limit of 5 total entities for the app msdyn_ProjectServiceCore' and any way of increasing it?
