How to build a flow that adds a person to a SharePoint site as an okta widget using their email

I have started a flow that is triggered by a microsoft form.  The one question on the form is for an email address.  When an email address is added it should trigger the flow and add the person to a SharePoint page where all alumni staff members are added. Each person should get added to the bottom of the SharePoint list. I am not sure how to get started besides when a new response is submitted...

Thanks for any help!

404 is not found, meaning your sharepoint site list name combination is not found.

Your Site Address and List Name field is manually typed in? (normally when you select from the drop down, it should not have the X icon at the right of the field, it should be a down arrow:

Don't type in Site Address and List Name, just click on the X to the right of both field and then select from the drop down.

Your title and description is not the same issue. Your description is "pretty clear", but has nothing to do with okta

Assuming you have a sharepoint list, which is added to a sharepoint page.
You want the email submitted in the MS form to be added to the sharepoint page.

Then all there is to it is trigger when MS form is submitted, get the response, create item (sharepoint list item) and put in the email.
