Query: Using document processing Model to extract data from PDFs with multiple pages
I have a query regarding the use of the Document Processing model. Specifically, I would like to know if the model can be used to read PDF file that contain multiple pages (more than 25 pages), where the number of tables and text fields varies from page to page.
