Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have been trying to use the "Create a file on FTP when a SharePoint file is created" template and trying to uploads files from SharePoint onto the Egnyte FTP connector. The connector seems to have an established connection however, whenever I execute the flow, I always get a badgateway error. Not sure how I would approach this or who I should reach out to. Any information would be helpful.
