Hi,

I have a power automate "cloud" flow in which an action adds a row in table in excel file stored in my onedrive account. It has been running well since 3 years and since few weeks I am facing an issue for the Action 'Add_a_row_into_a_table' , error message "You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser."

When I connect to my powerautomate account to review failed flow, when "resubmitting" it, with no fix actions before, flow sometimes run well.

I do not understant what is the root cause that make flow sometimes run and sometimes fails.

Thanks for your suppport.

    Hi dude,

I'm experiencing the same issue. It would appear that they don't officially support graph API calls to files stored in personal accounts. You can take a look at the discussion here:

I've found that what helps minimize the amount of times it errors is to keep the file open on your desktop.

I'm facing a similar issue, I have a scheduled flow that runs well when I trigger it manually, but whenever it gets triggered by the schedule it fails with this error, not sure what might be causing it

Unfortunately removing excel connectors and recreate new authentication did not fix the issue.
I have such issue each time my flows are executed :(

Have you solved the problem there? What exactly is the reason? How was it resolved?

    Thanks for advice.
I am using a "Personal account" and using "Excel (Onedrive)" connector and when I just tried to edit and save flow I have this message :

Has there been updates and are there limitation with "Personal accounts" ?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

This largely sounds like a connection string issue.  Go to make.powerautomate.com and click on Connections.  Review you OneDrive for Business connection, reauthenticate, etc.  As you said, the resubmits often run with errors so it is likely an outdated connection string.
