Hi,

On my portal, which uses the enhanced data model, I want to manage web roles. I can assign web roles to a specific contact, but I also want to assign a contact to a web role. When I try to assign a contact to a web role, it doesn’t work; it always shows the value of web roles assigned to a specific contact.

This was possible in the standard model, but I can't find a way to do it in the enhanced data model.

Any suggestions or ideas?

Hi @faruk1 ,

I'm sorry to inform you that adding contacts directly from the Web Role entity in Power Pages isn't possible. The relationship and linking between contacts and web roles differ significantly from the Power Pages model.

@EmadBeshai thank you for your answer,
then how can I assign the role to users from the front-end, directly from the website as I am displaying the contact list on the admin page, then he can see all the users then he can edit and assign the role, but now due to the above conditions its not working , can you please tell me any suggestion regarding this.

hello all, this is possible with the help of Power automate flow, we need actions like relate and unrelate a row, with the help of Web Roles and Enhanced Data Model - Dancing with CRM this is possible, you have to add a trigger as when an item is modified.
