Ability to Change/Delete file attachment

I have started with a blank site and added a multi-step form as well as a basic form that includes file attachments. This allows me to upload files. But, there doesn't seem to be any option to either delete or click a link to open an existing file.

I have tried a sub grid to display all the attachments associated with a given Account record. But, how can we enable a hyperlink to download existing file or add an option to delete a file.

In general webfiles should be the way for you to go: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/web-files. If there are specific security adjustments you will have to create specific groups or individuals depending on who can see what on your page.
