What is the difference between User and Team Ownership vs Organization? When do you want one over the other.?
User or Team? Is it User or is it Team?
This confuses me.

User --> Only One person can be Owner of the Record
Team --> All the Person in the TEAM Members will be the Owner of the Record.
Note:
User --> Will have Security Role
Team --> Team also you need to provide Security Role using Manage Roles
