Dear,

As of the first of October I got refresh issues with my dataverse flow using a On premise Gateway to connect with a local SQL database. The error code was:
There was a problem refreshing the dataflow, the gateway version you are using is not supported. Please update to the latest on-prem gateway version and try again.

However, I've tried three different things here:
1. Upgraded the gateway version, to the latest version September 2024;

2. Uninstalled and installed the newest version September 2024;

3. Installed the version of June 2024;

4. Instead of adjusting current flows after every step I've tried to create new flows as well to test everything thoroughly.

After every step I keep getting the same error that the gateway version is not supported. I also adjusted the data connection after every step as well.

Does anybode know where I can search furter for the issue?

I face the exact same problem...

1. Preview is loading in Power Query..

2. All existing dataflows are running/refreshing good until I change or update them.!

3. But new dataflows or change/updating dataflows returns an error during refresh, including the first ever refresh after publishing.

The error message seems totally not-related as the preview data is also fetched from the same server and the gateway.!!!

I did check the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/data-integration/gateway/service-gateway-tshoot link and do not find anything related to this problem.

It is so bad that the error is still prevalent after 2 months and it is still unresolved.!?
