Hello,

I wanted to duplicate Sharepoint list and use a copy of an existing powerapp for training purposes, but somehow the URL of the columns were changed ( by itself? ) so I cant really use the powerapp.

Example:

The column name is : Risk Name

But the URL shows this

Any chance I can change the URL? Or a reason why that happened?

Unfortunately I am not a script expert ( nor beginner haha), I will do it manually then, without using excel as and import file, thank you!

Yes. You can also attempt to write a script in PowerShell to do this. There may be some scripts online you can try to look for. I'd recommend you are familiar with what the script does and the source of the script before running any of them though.

If you are not comfortable to use PowerShell, you should just do it manually then.

I created the Sharepoint list ( and its columns) from an excel file - manually typed data in excel and then imported excel to Sharepoint - maybe that was the issue? Do I need to do it fully manually?

@pvkm789 To my knowledge the internal name of a SharePoint column cannot be changed, and the column must be recreated. The duplication of the List may need to be attempted again. I am not sure right now about what to change in how you are duplicating it so that all the column names are guaranteed to be identical in the duplicated list, or what caused it to not match in the first place.
