I currently have 3 flows that populate to separate planner buckets when I run the flow. When there are new items updated in the excel I would like the planner to be updated as well. I can not seem to create a flow that populates only updated items when it runs. Every time I run it with the updated items it will be populate the old items and there will be duplicate of tasks within the bucket in planner.

It appears as though you are getting duplicates because you have an Update task action and a Create a task action.  I suspect that the Create a task action is you issue and that it should be removed.

I deleted the Update Task action and ran the flow the duplicates still appear. Is there an option to only update a task from a certain date or a condition that locates the new items on the excel document?

My suggestion was to remove the Create task action and keep the Update task action.

If I delete the create a task action how will the planner be uploaded. That action locates what bucket in the planner certain tasks will go into.
