I created a flow where I check a column in a Microsoft List, and if the condition is met, it sends an adaptive card via Teams to a person. That person responds, and their response updates a column in the Microsoft List. This flow works perfectly. My problem comes next.
I created another flow so that when this column is updated, it sends a message to another person in Teams with an adaptive card, and when they respond, it updates a column in the Microsoft List. However, this second part doesn't work consistently—sometimes it works perfectly, and other times it doesn't work at all.
What could be the issue?
