Problem with relationships between tables

Hi,
I've created a relationship in dataverse, creating a new column type lookup between these tables:
- shelter records -- animal records (one to many)
- foster records -- animal records (one to many)
 
but when I try to populate the data in canva app, as for example trying to show the shelter name in the galery, the data is empty.

    Problem with relationships between tables
    looks like you haven't entered data into the 'Shelter related' column.
    You need to import the provided animal data in 'Initial Shelter' to this column.

    Yes, the row have a value. If I use look up formula it works, but not with the lookup column that I created to relate the tables
