Cannot publish Copilot Conversational Action

I cannot publish Copilot Conversational Actions. When I click "Publish" it takes ~1 hr of spins to then throw this error: "BotPublishUnknownError".

Copilot Studio is enabled in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

I was able to publish plugins back in April, but now, post Microsoft BUILD, I can't publish anything and can't find my old copilots.

Interestingly, I am able to publish Custom Copilots, but really want to create plugins to Copilot.

I've opened a support case, but taking forward to get responses.

I cannot see which url you have use to access the Copilot Studio portal. Might be useful to try either https://web.powerva.microsoft.com or https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com

Alternatively, I would also suggest to try an incognito browser window. Try and publish it in there to see if that makes a difference for the repro of your issue.

Hi all,

facing the same problem as you MM-14062022-0. Any feedback from Microsoft?

In my case, the error appears when inside the Topic I call a Power Automate Flow. If a try to publish a simple plugin with no Power Automate it seems to work.

@VG-17060612-0 - Interesting, can you share a screenshot or a link to a forum post with the details on your error message? My error is on publish, not getting errors on the Topic.

@Expiscornovus - I've tried both https://web.powerva.microsoft.com or https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com, neither worked...

Hope to get a solution from Microsoft soon. My company won't buy Copilot Studio until we can publish plugins to Copilot.
