How to recover portal Instance in power apps

hello,

we are not able to see portal instance created for one of the CRM instance. not sure what happened. is it possible to recover if its got deleted accidently. this is a very urgent requirement. Please help us with this.

Hi

perhaps easier opening a support ticket to Microsoft as they can see in the background what may have happen
