Microsoft Teams power app adding a user

Hi I just built an app in Microsoft Teams and added a use to the Teams Group, but they still can't access the application.  Is there something else I need to do?  The user clicked on a 'request approval' button and I got the email but I don't see how to give the user permission.   I used dataverse tables.
