I'm running into an issue with a csv file saving from outlook into Sharepoint as a large string instead of a table format. The flow looks for a specific subject to come into the inbox, then save the attachment in a Sharepoint folder, nothing crazy.

However, It'll work one time, the file will display in a table format nicely. I then change the filename (just the filename, not the extension) to something else, but change nothing else, everything is the same. When I run it again, the file only contains one cell filled with a long string of characters.

I do these exact actions in many other flows but only have this issue now. Is the file itself the problem?

Anybody have a clue what is the issue?

Here is a screenshot of the flow. Nothing crazy.
The conditions are correct as the file gets saved in the appropriate location which is what is blacked out.

@Zap174 It's hard to offer any recommendations without seeing your full flow and the logic behind it. If you are using the new designer, toggle it off and click each action to expand it. Upload a screenshot of your flow in edit mode.

Save Email Attachments to SharePoint with Microsoft Power Automate
Power Automate doesn’t have a download attachment from outlook action. In this Power Automate Video tutorial, I’ll show you how to use the Get Attachment (V2) action in combination with the Create File action to get your email attachments onto SharePoint.
The Create File action will overwrite any files that already exist with the same name. In this tutorial, I’ll show you how you can append a timestamp to the end of a file name to prevent your file from being overwritten.

I’ll also show you how to set up your flow so that you can trigger it manually while building it so you don’t need to wait for an email to arrive. At the end of the video I’ll show you how adding trigger conditions to your flow can prevent it from triggering if certain conditions aren’t met. Although the final flow uses the When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) trigger, you can use any of the When a new email arrives triggers for your flow. Adjust this flow to suit your needs!
