Hello. I'm looking for assistance with attempting to grant users access to a Microsoft Power Pages (Portal) site. We are only allowing users to login using Azure AD (meaning no local login), which I have a number of users with access to the site already. I'm working on the automation of the invitation (with an email sending) and the auto assigning of the web role to new users. I've confirmed the invitations are being generated correctly and have the emails sending with the invitation code. However, any new user that I'm trying to give access to the site is now seeing a Approval Required message after redeeming the invitation code and trying to register with using Azure AD. I'm testing this with accounts that have access to the tenant already, so that shouldn't be an issue. Is this a possible configuration issue with the Power Pages? Could this be a licensing issue and we've reached the maximum number of users? Any assistance in determining the cause would be appreciated.
Clicking on the link in the email redirects the user to here with the invitation code populated.
After clicking register, the user is redirected to this page with the message in the light blue box. This is normal and expected behavior.
When the user clicks Login with Azure AD, they are redirected again and see the below message. The user should see an MFA message, but sees this instead.
