When new email arrives then Documents which comes in the form of attachments to be stored based on country ,region

Im creating predefined folders using dynamic excel inside table which is stored in the document library using power automate flow so now i need to check when email arrives then it should be stored based on below subfolders based on country, region

Flow details for creating sub folders by using dynamic excel values
Could someone please shed light how to store email attachment into specific folder in the document library
flow is creating attachments outside the nested folders
But testatts.txt (email attachment) should be moved based on region i.e inside USA/MA subfolders
