Hide registration tab

On PowerPages I have disabled all identity providers but a custom OpenID Connect.

On the login page I would like to have just the button for that login.

This is how my login page looks, now even if the user is not registered, if I try to login, it registers that user.

Is there any site setting or some way through CSS to remove the Register tab, since I can register anyway through the sign in tab?

Also, can I change that text "Sign in with an external account"?

    I found out that the CSS files that can be uploaded apply to login page too, so I did that for now, until, if somehow there is an option to hide it.

    .nav-account > li:nth-child(2){
        display: none!important;
    }

    What is left is the changing of the text.

    Hi @sweb

    I have a blog for this:

    Method 1:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Community-Blog/Power-Apps-Portal-Disable-Local-Login-and-Registration/ba-p/1429301

    You can hide the registration tab using site settings.

    Try this

    Method 2:

    1. If the first method is not suitable, then set "true" to "Authentication / Registration / Enabled

    2. Then search for openid like below and choose your relevant settings and set it to false.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi @ragavanrajan , have tried before to set Authentication / Registration / Enabled to false, but if there isn't an account and I try to login says "registrations disabled"

    The second option looks for AAd-B2C, but I am using external OpenID Connect, not Azure, I don't think it will work.
